We have lost contact with Sarkis Farchak, can any one help??. Hope that he is well.
I am enclosing the latest on the last meeting of the Abbey School Alumni Association; I have checked it out and believe that it has no confidential information that would prevent it to be published.
I have accepted the appointment so as to have a non-Trinidadian in the Board, and to send a clear message, I care.

Hi Ladislao
Please find attached for your information a copy of the Minutes of the recent meeting of the Association.
You will note from the minutes that I (inadvertently) never registered you as a director of the Association.
It was an oversight on my part for which I apologise.
Having brought the matter to the attention of Joe and Chris we considered it best to (re-)appoint you as from the date of your indicating your willingness to accept such appointment.
We considered it preferable to correct the omission this way otherwise we would incur penalties at the Companies Registry for not giving notice within the prescribed time.
In the circumstances please indicate your willingness to be appointed a member and elected as a Director of the Association.
Upon hearing from you with your agreement I shall proceed to file the necessary notice with the Registrar of Companies.

MINUTES
OF A MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE
ABBEY SCHOOL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
HELD ON THE 27TH MAY, 2011 AT 129/131
ABERCROMBY STREET, PORT-OF-SPAIN

PRESENT: Joseph Berment-McDowald REGRETS: James Samaroo

1. The members appointed Joseph Berment-McDowald to chair the meeting.
2. Mr. Gurley reported that he had obtained a seal, an impression of which is affixed to these minutes and the members approved the seal as the common seal of the Association.
3. Mr. Gurley further reported that although at the last meeting it was agreed that Ladislao Kertesz should be appointed as a member and a Director of the Association, the appointment was not in fact effected.
Mr. Gurley proposed and Mr. Knowles seconded a Resolution to ratify the appointment of Mr. Ladislao Kertesz as a member and Director of the Association/Company with effect from the date that the said Ladislao Kertesz indicates his willingness to accept such appointment.
4. The meeting noted that Mr. Knowles had resigned as the company Secretary and the meeting ratified the appointment of Mr. James Samaroo as the company Secretary in his place. Mr Gurley reported that his firm had filed the necessary Notice of Change of Secretary at the Companies Registry.
Mr. Knowles promised to pass all relevant papers kept by him in his capacity as Secretary to Mr. Samaroo.
5. Mr. Knowles further reported that he had not opened an account with Scotia Bank Trinidad and Tobago Limited (Tunapuna Branch, Eastern Main Road) but that he would follow up this matter with Mr. Peter Sammy, the Treasurer of the Association/Company.
6. Finally, the Chairman promised to confer with former students of the Abbey School with a view to ascertaining what activities should be planned for the Association and to determine the way forward.
7. No date was fixed for the next meeting. The next meeting would be held on a date to be fixed.

HI there, I am glad you got back to me right away.
The names of the students I am giving some were not in my class but were there attending the school at that time.
The names.
Gary Lambkin.
Douglas Watson.
Nigel Gomes.
Lenerd & Anhil De'silver.
Roger & Richard Juman. Fastest swimmers in Trinidad at the time for the aqualads
Ruddy Polerman from the USA.
Johnny Garcia Triny.
At the time I was there mount had the best basket ball team cricket team soccer team swim team.
The scouts always came first competing with other scouts troops.
I use to go in the bush a lot when I was at mount.
Go up to the old ruining of the dwelling place in the back of the school.
I went all over the back of that mountain.
I had some really bad times there & some good times too.
I was the youngest boy to go to mount at the time.8yrs old.

Hi my name is Richard Fletcher & I've been checking the web site Mt. St. Benedict.
I went to school there from 1968-1970 & was wondering if there would be any record of that or photos of that time.
I now live in Canada so it would be a little difficult to do the back log on my request.
If it is a problem for you, that’s ok.
I will find out some other way to do it.
